Leach has practiced risk management in construction for over two decades. He is an honors graduate of Drake University School of Law and originally from the Florida Panhandle. After graduating from Drake and flying in the US Air Force, Leach has spent his business career in specialty insurance. He uses his MBA as well as his JD to each businesses how to protect themselves from the threat of litigation.
